1. Subject Matter
1.1 These general terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of use of the service offered through the mobile app Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter, which allows users to convert currencies values in cryptocurrencies values, currencies values in currency values or cryptocurrency values in cryptocurrency values.
1.2 These general terms and conditions shall take effect as from the date of acceptance of the terms by the user downloading and using Anycoin- Universal Cryptocurrency Converter.1.3 The supplier reserves the right to modify at any time these conditions with a 30day in-app notice.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 All content on mobile app Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter – with the exception of information and distinctive signs related to cryptocurrencies -including, without limitation, images, photographs, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material, in any format, including menus, graphics, colors, patterns, tools, fonts and App design, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and its software are the exclusive property of mobile app Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter, and therefore protected by copyright and other intellectual and/or industrial property.
2.2 It is strictly prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, transmit, sell, license or in any case, any use by the user of content found in the App for purposes other than those laid down in these terms and Conditions, in the absence of prior written permission of the supplier.
3. Liability
3.1 The mobile app Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter, as specified in art. 1, is a service that allows users to convert and comparison values of currency and cryptocurrency. Values and information are in no way related to Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter, which is not responsible in any way for the lack of veracity and/or for any errors in such information.3.2 The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that the mobile app Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter shall in no event be held responsible for damage caused to him or third parties as a result of interruptions, suspensions, delays or failures in provision of the service, or lack of veracity and/or for any errors in the information provided on the mobile app.
3.3 The advertising content present in the App are the exclusive property of third party advertisers, and are in no way related to the mobile app Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter.
4. Warranties
4.1 The product is supplied without any guarantee of good technical operation. It is the user’s responsibility for assessing the suitability of your device in order to properly use Anycoin – Universal Cryptocurrency Converter.
5. Applicable Law
5.1 Your use of the service is governed by Italian law. Unless otherwise established Italian law applies.
